Les Gam's - Il a le truc (1963)

The bad news is this cuts off before the end, right before the peak of the last chorus. (Update: I've replaced the original upload with a better quality version INA now has available to stream on their Youtube channel). The good news is that, like me, you probably didn't know there was any video footage of Les Gam's before now! Here they perform their cover of The Exciters' 'He's Got The Power' which I believe is from the June 8, 1963 broadcast of Age tendre et tête de bois. More good news is that if you search the INA site, you'll find a video you can purchase of the entire episode (no longer on the site).

    I seriously have to check out the INA archives sometime! This is a great find -- I've always loved this version! BTW, it should be "elles ont". (This is what 10+ years of being forced to learn French does to you. Tragic, I know....)

      I knew I'd made a mistake, but just couldn't think what, darn it. :). Yeah, the INA site is great. The clips are pretty cheap to buy, too.
