8tracks is currently only available in North America. I'm hoping in future they'll restore service to other countries, but for now if you live elsewhere, you can listen using a VPN set to a US IP. I recommend: Psiphon (free), Windscribe (free), or Tunnelbear (paid, with a small free tier).
